Earlier on his career, Mr. Ozaki spent 9 years from 1981 through 1990 in management of a JV located in Philadelphia. The JV was established between Fujisawa Pharmaceutical and SmithKline Beecham to commercialize a 3rd generation injectable cephalosporin product called Cefizox. On this lecture, Mr. Ozaki walked through all aspects of JV headaches through his direct experience.
